Hello, I’m Leah Lynch, Newburyport local and owner of Beautique! Beautique was created with the dream of bringing together fun, talented professionals with discerning clients in a casual and homey environment. The number one feedback we get, besides our high skill level, is that clients really feel welcome and comfortable in our cute, intimate space.
After only a few years in business, we were honored with FIVE Best of North Shore awards, as well as magazine and television appearances, international recognition, and awards for our lash extension services.
As the creator of Lash Affair Academy, a national training company, I am able to provide a unique and high level of training to my staff that sets us apart from competitors.

Leah Marie is a graduate of the advanced program for Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics and found her specialty in the industry in eyelash extensions. From there Leah became a valuable assistant to the owner and transitiined into the role of Business Manager, facilitating all of the behind the scenes work that makes Beautique run so well! Leah coordinates all aspects of business operations including group bookings and wedding parties and is a warm, welcoming face at our front desk during the day.
Tammy Silva is a professional hair stylist with over 20 years of experience, with 14 of those years as a senior stylist at an award-winning salon on Boston’s famed Newbury Street. Her passion, creativity, and skill are the basis behind her approach to hair design. She has mastered various techniques over the years that give her the flexibility to customize her work to meet each client’s individual, personal style. She believes her hair designs must fit your face, image, and lifestyle. As a master of her craft, Tammy knows the latest techniques and hair trends for all age groups. She specializes in hair coloring and highlights, and is exceptionally good at creating natural tonal blonds, rich brunettes, and vibrant reds. She regularly styles hair events, weddings, and proms using her skills from formal to fun hair designs. Lindsey aspired to be a stylist from a young age, loving all aspects of the industry. After graduating from North Shore College in 2009, she realized her dream and has been creating head-turning hairstyles ever since. Lindsay is thorough and precise in her consultations and is wonderful at being able to communicate with clients to achieve their desired results. She specializes in short cuts, men’s cuts, and color services such as balayage. Her positive, upbeat attitude and warm smile make her a favorite among our clientele and staff. Lindsay is always learning and practicing the latest trends and techniques to keep her on the cutting edge.

With over a decade of experience perfecting her technique and clientele at Backstage in Rowley, we are honored and happy to welcome her to the Beautique team. Pam’s fun and welcoming personality combined with her multi-dimensional skills and coloring and cutting make your time spent at the salon something to truly look forward to. She has been recognized in multiple publications for her skill in Esthetics. In addition to being trained in our medical esthetics department, Katherine also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Holistic Health. She has a natural and realistic approach to skincare that is gentle, warm and welcoming.

Lilliana is very interactive with her clients and likes to communicate throughout the process to make sure every client leaves feeling happy and beautiful. Lilliana continually strives to stay on the cutting edge of technique advancement and is an advocate for safe practices and proper application technique. She is considered our lash lift expert and trains other staff on this difficult technique.

Erin has been a practicing massage therapist since 2001, she is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute, and has taken several continuing education courses to better her education and learn new modalities in her field. Erin has built up a steady clientele through her 20 years of practicing and gives 110% to each client every single visit.
Erin specializes in the combination of both relaxing and deep tissue massages. Erin also enjoys providing prenatal massages as well as cranial sacral work. Erin is a fitness instructor and has been an athlete for most of her life so she also enjoys helping athletes get back into the game. Erin works best when clients can find peace and quiet so she can make that magic happen.
