CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations/rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours'notice. At the first incident, you will be subject to a 25% charge if the appointment cannot be filled. Any subsequent incidences will be
subject to a 50% charge if the appointment cannot be filled.
ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS ARE A FULL 100% CHARGE OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE. No shows are the most detrimental to our business and to our
scheduling as they do not allow us time to fill the spot.
