Hi! I’m Leah Lynch, a proud Newburyport local and the founder of Beautique.
I started Beautique with a simple dream: to create a cozy, welcoming space where fun, talented professionals could deliver high-level beauty services to discerning clients—without the pressure of a stuffy or clinical environment. The number one thing we hear from clients (besides how skilled our team is!) is how comfortable and at home they feel in our clean and inviting space.
Beautique has been honored with dozens of industry awards, making us one of the most highly award winning salon and spa in the area! We have SIX Best of the North Shore awards, a Best of Boston, Best of Newburyport, been featured in magazines and on TV, and recognized internationally—especially for our top-notch lash extension services.
As the founder of my own Lash Training Academy, I bring advanced education and hands-on expertise to Beautique. This allows me to train my team at a level most salons simply can’t offer—something that truly sets us apart.

Leah Marie is a graduate of the advanced program for Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics and found her specialty in the industry in eyelash extensions. From there Leah became a valuable assistant to the owner and transitioned into the role of Business Manager, facilitating all of the behind the scenes work that makes Beautique run so well! Leah coordinates all aspects of business operations including group bookings and wedding parties and is a warm, welcoming face at our front desk during the day.
Tammy Silva is a professional hair stylist with over 20 years of experience, with 14 of those years as a senior stylist at an award-winning salon on Boston’s famed Newbury Street. Her passion, creativity, and skill are the basis behind her approach to hair design. She has mastered various techniques over the years that give her the flexibility to customize her work to meet each client’s individual, personal style. She believes her hair designs must fit your face, image, and lifestyle. As a master of her craft, Tammy knows the latest techniques and hair trends for all age groups. She specializes in hair coloring and highlights, and is exceptionally good at creating natural tonal blonds, rich brunettes, and vibrant reds. She regularly styles hair events, weddings, and proms using her skills from formal to fun hair designs. Lindsey aspired to be a stylist from a young age, loving all aspects of the industry. After graduating from North Shore College in 2009, she realized her dream and has been creating head-turning hairstyles ever since. Lindsey is thorough and precise in her consultations and is wonderful at being able to communicate with clients to achieve their desired results. She specializes in short cuts, men’s cuts, and color services such as balayage. Her positive, upbeat attitude and warm smile make her a favorite among our clientele and staff. Gina Grenham is a licensed esthetician and graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics. Gina has a strong passion for the lashing industry, and enhancing clients beauty while making sure they always leave with a smile on their face. She is our Master Lash Artist/Trainer and mega volume lash specialist as well as our lash lift and tint guru. Not only is she a stellar lash tec, she also has brow shaping down to an art. Gina is an expert in our medical esthetics department, which entails our skin tightening service, as well as micro-channeling and the popular liquid facelift. Erin has been a practicing massage therapist since 2001, she is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute, and has taken several continuing education courses to better her education and learn new modalities in her field. Erin has built up a steady clientele through her 20 years of practicing and gives 110% to each client every single visit.
Erin specializes in the combination of both relaxing and deep tissue massages. Erin also enjoys providing prenatal massages as well as cranial sacral work. Erin is a fitness instructor and has been an athlete for most of her life so she also enjoys helping athletes get back into the game. Erin works best when clients can find peace and quiet so she can make that magic happen.
